Full Time · Work from home and field · Fort Lupton, CO

  • Prepare and submit bids to general contractors and public agencies
  • Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • Track bid dates, addenda, and award status
  • Support project scheduling, change orders, and billing
  • Visit active sites to verify conditions and progress

What we’re looking for

  • Estimating or project management experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or site development
  • Comfort reading civil plans and geotechnical reports
  • Strong organization, because bid dates do not move
  • Takeoff or estimating software experience is a plus, not a requirement
