About Grays Peak Services

Built to last. Driven to lead.

A woman-owned, family-run heavy civil contractor working the Colorado Front Range since 2023.

Our story

Grays Peak Services began with a passion for the construction industry and for being part of building something long lasting. Through long hours and dedication, we’ve built a company meant to leave a legacy for the generations that come after us.

Annie Chacon, CEO

Our leadership brings a decade of combined industry experience running multimillion-dollar projects, and we’ve carried that same standard into every job since founding the company in 2023. As we grow, the mission hasn’t changed: build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact on every project we’re honored to be part of.

We can take a small house driveway, and we can do large municipal roadway work. Our crews and machines are sized for both. –Annie Chacon, CEO

How a Site Comes Together

Built to support the entire site process.

Most sites need four or five different subs to get from raw ground to paving day. We carry the whole sequence, which means fewer handoffs, fewer schedule gaps, and one number to call when the grade needs to change.
